1. Service Provider

Ogmios Maritime is a trading name used by:

2. Service Description

Maritime Cyber Intelligence Brief is a paid digital subscription providing semi-monthly intelligence reports on maritime cybersecurity (PDF format). Reports cover incidents, regulations, GNSS/PNT threats, OT/ICS advisories, events, and tabletop exercise recommendations.

3. Subscription Plans

• Monthly: €49/month
• Semi-Annual: €249/6 months
• Annual: €399/year
• Founding Member: €299/year (limited availability, price locked for the duration of the subscription)

Prices are in EUR. GBP, USD, and PLN equivalents are available at checkout. Prices may be subject to applicable VAT.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
• You can manage your subscription (change payment method, cancel) via the Customer Portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. However, for digital content (PDF reports):

• If you access or download a report within the 14-day period, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal for that specific report.
• If no reports have been accessed/downloaded, you may request a full refund within 14 days.

To request withdrawal: email a.gab@ogmios.pl within 14 days of purchase.

6. Delivery

Reports are delivered as PDF files. Subscribers will receive access via email and/or through their account. Delivery schedule is semi-monthly (approximately every two weeks). Exact publication dates may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Maritime Cyber Intelligence Brief is © Andrzej Gab / Ogmios Maritime. Subscribers may use reports for internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of reports is prohibited without written consent.

8. Liability

• Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness of all information.
• Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the period in which the issue arose.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to a.gab@ogmios.pl. We will respond within 14 business days. If not resolved satisfactorily, EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. The courts of Poland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
