2. Relationship Between the Entities

Ogmios Maritime is a trading name used by both Ogmios sp. z o.o. and Andrzej Gab JDG. The domains ogmios.pl and maritime-ogmios.tech (including all subdomains) are owned and operated by Ogmios sp. z o.o. Subscription payments, invoicing, and service delivery for Maritime Cyber Intelligence Brief are performed by Andrzej Gab JDG.

Both entities act as joint data controllers (Art. 26 GDPR) for data collected through this website. You may exercise your data protection rights by contacting either entity at the email address above.

References to "Ogmios Maritime", "we", or "us" in this policy refer to both entities as applicable.

5. Fonts

All fonts used on this website (Outfit, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted on our servers. No requests are made to Google or other third-party font services. No personal data is transferred for font delivery.

6. Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process — these are strictly necessary for payment processing and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Maritime Cyber Weekly (free newsletter): Sent via Beehiiv. Consent obtained at subscription. Unsubscribe link in every email.
Maritime Cyber Intelligence Brief (paid): Delivered as part of your subscription. Service communications (delivery, billing) are sent as necessary for contract performance.
Related services: We may occasionally inform you about related Ogmios Maritime and Andrzej Gab JDG services (consulting, exercises, events). This is based on legitimate interest for existing customers (soft opt-in per PECR/ePrivacy). You can opt out at any time.
